ABOUT
We take a holistic approach to healing, understanding that injury isn’t just physical, it can affect every part of your life. Pain influences how you move, think, sleep, and connect with others. That’s why we focus on both the body and the mind, addressing not only the injury itself but also the emotional and mental impact it has on your world.

MEET KAYLA.
Movement obsessed Holistic Physio, Trainer, Breathwork & Mindset Coach & Cheeky Change Maker. I don’t fit into any one box, as I don't look at movement/injury from one lens. I consider your body, mind and breath (and much more) from a biomechanical, functional and energetic perspective. In fact that’s why I consider myself a HOLISTIC PHYSIO.
During my time as a physio I kept seeing commonalities. The mental toll on people with injury, pain, limitations. They felt run by their bodies and as if it was controlling their life. It affected their sleep, relationships, work, joy, self-identity, emotional state, yet it seemed no one wanted to talk about it nor was making the connection of how this was keeping people in painful loops.
I'm bringing a new wave of physiotherapy where it's not just about “getting rid of pain”, but you MOVE WITHOUT LIMITATIONS, through ACTIONABLE CHANGE. I'm here to shake things up, giving a bit of tongue in cheek to help inform you.
It's about helping you become someone who has a deep connection and confidence in themself, who can move freely and take action to PERFORM better in all areas of life.
